For the past 2 weeks I haven’t been able to sleep longer then hour and a half intervals. Waking up multiple times a night after struggling to fall asleep in the first place. I’ve done everything from changing my eating habits, started therapy and started working out. Nothing seems to help. What do you guys do to fall asleep?
