What is a totally random personal belief that you have?

I’m a physical therapist so for me it’s backed by science, Lifting weights as your main workout should stop between age 25-27. At 25 your body begins to die and you have to take care of it, weights have no real benefit and only cons when compared to running, walking, hiking, etc. it puts way too much stress on your bones, heart, organs, etc especially if you take any vitamins or supplements, as a matter of fact every time you lift a weight that makes you strain you risk ripping an artery and you won’t know about it until it’s too late and has done irreversible damage.

At this age you should begin exercising with a focus on prolonging your health and being able to be as young as possible for as long as you can be and sports such as running and rock climbing mixed with regular stretching allows you to achieve that. Big muscles look cool, but lean Olympian bodies that function and keeps you right as you age is even cooler.
