I was at this scientific conference for my work, and it was supposed to be this formal thing, right? Well I kept getting distracted and hot and bothered by so many bespeckled attractive nerdy intelligent guys there, I felt kind of bad objectifying them just for existing. I literally kept getting wet with dumb sex fantasies lol

I did feel some of them might have been hitting on me which was nice, but I didn't want to be too forward and leave with numbers from a work-based thing, it felt inappropriate. But gosh it also feels inappropriate to look around a room and feel sexual things for so many of the men there!! Why can't I be a normal person and keep sexual stuff out of academia LOL

Anyway, does anyone have any advice for this predicament or just want to chime in with some relatability to this? Thanks 🙏
