Has someone ever made art based on you before?

I got a really lovely message yesterday and someone, without my asking, had drawn a photo of my dick, they had paid attention to all the little details and I found it very sweet and touching! But yeah, it made me wonder, has anyone else had art made of them/their genitals? Did you ask/pay for it? Or was it a surprise like mine? What did you do with it after? Just curious if this is common, as it's a first for me haha
