People with kids. What do your kids do that make you completely lose your cool?

I love my kids. And I love kissing and hugging my kids giving all the love children need to feel safe and loved. But, Jesus Christ, when they need to do their homework their laziness infuriates me. They start laughing for no reason, can't hold the pencil properly, lay their heads on the book and complain they are too tired (even tho they were playing a few minutes before). I just want to go full Homer Simpson and choke those little necks. What about you?
