How would a guy stop being jealous of guys who are actually attractive? Or how would a guy get more physically attractive in general?

As in, in purely physical terms. I want to be able to turn heads lol. And I’m also short (5’7), so I’ve already got that against me.
I’m kinda tired of just being jealous of attractive dudes lol. It just sucks that a lot (a actual large amount) of these attractive attributes are things I can’t do anything about- for example, height.
