For those who do - what is / are the prevailing thought/s?
For those who do not - how do you process thoughts and think out decisions without the voice in your head talking it all through? Is it all quiet and calm up in that brain of yours?

My inner monologue is just a constant loop of all the embarrassing moments from my past. It's like a greatest hits album, but instead of music it's just cringeworthy memories.
