Getting caught by mom / dad! What would be the worst?

Who would be your nightmare to be caught by mom or dad? and doing what: Masterbating, sex, anal or oral?
Mom did catch me a few times growing up and it wasn’t a huge deal just embarrassing. Dad never caught me but even to this day at age 56 I would cringe and die if my dad saw me giving oral.
