Did your nose job impact your ability to sing? What about your ability to breathe while giving oral?

I am not in the market, but I have always kind of disliked my nose and fantasize about getting it changed. So I am curious if there are pros and cons I might be unaware of that. Anybody would want to submit anecdotal evidence about. Lol.
