I turned 30 and everything changed

I turned 30 last July and my life is almost unrecognizable now. I’m on my way into a good career, I’m single and have lots of sexual attention. But due too events that I have not contributed too my friend group has been destroyed, I have one friend now.

Some days I feel super optimistic like I do t have any baggage or any last holding me back anymore but other days I feel completely alone and like I might not have the chance to have deep connections again.

Has anyone else gone through something like this?
