Are question marks in post titles seen as soliciting?

Is this question mark and question a solicitation? Or what do we mean by solicitation? Engagement? Input of thoughts? Begging for comments and upvotes? Soliciting has negative connotations. Engagement, not negative.

I know some sites don’t allow titles or emojis on their posts… but they have bots that automatically remove the post… or if missing gender tags or whatever essential element…

But some sites tell you after that essentially question marks are seen as solicitation… maybe they have a point?

Have you also experienced weird rules with titles?
