Anyone with depression/anxiety has gone through this exact situation to some degree. It sucks 100% of the time, but if you’re reading this, you’ve made it this far. Good work dude. I hope you find someone you can fully confide in, and that they give you the biggest, warmest hug ever

Might I suggest a therapist, if you don’t already have one. I love mine. I can open up to her about my deepest darkest thoughts. Even just one session may help you understand yourself, and give you the fulillment of opening up to somebody
