My wife (29f) and I (29m) been together for about 11 years now. As of recently, I have started a new job working out of town. Often times, our texts or phone conversations end up becoming sexual. Weather it is sending pictures back and forth or what we are going to do once we see eachother or simply asking about what each other's fantasy is.

When it comes to the topic of a 3sum with another woman she instantly shuts it down. I have never been a part of one but she has. She was asked to join her best friend and her boyfriend back when they were in highschool. She said it was nothing but awkward. The boyfriend was more interested in my wife.

So with that, the idea of a 3sum has left a sour taste in her mouth. She automatically shuts down the idea of bringing in another woman but then when asked, says she would be open to bringing in another guy or 2 if that's what I wanted.

Would you guys just toss the whole idea out the window or would you compromise and bring in another guy or 2 so you can have the "3sum" experience?
