It use to be ketel one on the rocks or in and out Gin Martines or Crow Royal and coke . Then get into things I shouldn't be doing.
Now it's just running and ultra running. Mostly 50 milers and 100k but now getting into 100 milers and some day a 200 miler .
I the kind of person if I am in I am 1000% all in committed to the end . Well I guess not I gave up drinking lime I use to and focused on something positive.
For me it's the challenge of it all and pushing myself and getting into the pain cave and over coming my brain telling me to quite. On top of that the fact that I have zero responsibility when I doing a race and don't have a care in the world for the next 12 to 24 hours in an have me time .
