How do you safely exchange pictures on reddit?

I have seen in many instances that people want to exchange sfw pictures so as to check if there is a vibe, which is great. But the problem is I have always opted for telegram where you can basically share pictures with a one time watch which is amazing for both parties in terms of privacy. But I have also seen a lot of people want to share pictures on the reddit chat itself? What do you do?
