Have you ever tried breast milk as an adult?

What led up to it? How did it taste?
Side note: it is possible for a woman who has never been pregnant to lactate. Lactation can be induced and there has been cases of spontaneous lactation.
Edit/invasive thought: There's an old saying: Cold as a witches tit. Would that mean that a witches breast milk would be cold? 🤔
