Congratz. The city has gifted you a warehouse and a Blank Check to do whatever you want with it with EXCEPTIONS. It is fairly large rectangular space and can hold at least hold 90 shipping containers.

You cannot use it as a warehouse.
You cannot refurbish it into a factory.
It is opened to the public. You can have paid patronage to enter. But theoretically, anyone can enter. Children may / may not enter. Up to you.
You cannot tear it down. It needs to keep the general building shape. But you can make additions or change the building material.
