Hello, all. I'll apologize upfront that I may not be terribly active right away after posting this question. Feels rude somehow but I'm emotionally exhausted and tomorrow's the in-laws. I'm just wondering if anyone here has left a marriage that wasn't exactly terrible, just entirely unfulfilling. I expect I'll be alone afterward for a long time, maybe forever, and I honestly don't expect my wife to move on, though if I left, I hope she would. Is it really better to be literally alone than with someone and lonely? If I can't even be certain I'll be happier, can I really justify upsetting her life?
