What’s something you did in your 20s that would kill you now?

I’m still in my 20s but have always been a senior citizen at heart. When I was in college, I could sleep under any conditions. Now, the fan is on high, I have a 5 step skincare routine, listen to ASMR and use a towel/blanket warmer… 😶
