How did you get started with Ass Play?

So Ass eating is something I've been interested in and wanting to explore lately, but my partner is weirded out by it (for understandable reasons) and not really interested in giving or receiving! Mind you she's not really a prude by any means, she's super open about most things apart from this which I respect.
So just curious on how most of you got started? Also how you convinced a partner if you did?
