Similar to the boundaries one, making assumptions. Had a lot of lads assume I was down for certain things just cause they knew of my reputation. Ask for consent to do things before you try them.
Also not following instructions and context. If I guide your hand from one place to another, don't immediately put it back where I moved it from, I want it where I put it. If I say 'yes keep going' don't suddenly decided to trya and change pace or position etc.
