I'm very pro LGBTQ and Trans rights. I've seen this debated on both sides of the aisle, that "Trans women or men should disclose they are trans" to a straight partner. Does the answer change if they are "pre or post op" or if they present more as a man / woman?
As much as I am pro LGBTQ and pro liberty/ individual freedom I can't deny that if a trans woman still has masculine features I'm less likely to date or be attracted to them. I also have trans coworker that I knew originally as a man, so it's hard for me to separate that original identity from who they are now. That said I'm not against dating a female-presenting trans woman even if she still has male parts. I guess at the end of the day it's based on if I find someone attractive or not (as shallow as that sounds.)
