Guys, how has your libido changed with age?

From your 20s to 30s to 40s and up, how has it changed? Is your desire tied to your ability to perform?
My (woman) sex life has slowed significantly from late 20s to early 30s, but I've noticed a difference in men going from a selection of mid-20 somethings to now early/mid 30 somethings. What about recovery time? Stamina?
Does it change a lot from 20s to 30s? Vs 40? Etc
I was genuinely curious...I wasn't expecting DMs ha 😅
