What’s the best way to ask a third/stranger about kinks/preferences/boundaries for a threesome?

My gf and I are going to have our first threesome together soon with another male and while we’ve been texting back and forth with the third, instead of us listing out allllll the things we are and are not into, and asking for the same from the third person - wanted to see if there’s any online surveys/quizes we can all three just fill out and share results for so that it sets a base of boundaries and kinks to start talking from. Any advice?

We both want to make sure it’s an enjoyable experience for us but also want to make sure the third also has a fun time and gets something out of it.
