Men in longterm relationships: Do you still get hard from seeing your partner naked even if you see them like that often?

My wife thinks it's sweet that I still get hard just seeing her walk around naked. She somehow believes that men become desensitized to seeing the same naked woman all the time, partly based on stories from her friends.
