Anyone else getting smacked in the face with seasonal depression already ? 😩

Give me all the tips and tricks, I feel like this year is going to be terrible if it’s already starting. Maybe there’s a good sub for seasonal affective disorder 🤔

It is hitting early this year. This is my first full year with a low dosage regiment of the generic Zoloft. It has really helped me but it’s not for everyone. 🤗😊
