Hey guys, looking for advice in giving up masturbation. I got used to masturbating for 5-6 years, every single day. Without masturbating and cumming, I feel something strange and just really want to get it done.. I realized masturbation is not good for mental, and I want to quit it, but it is so hard. Do you have any recommendations?
