Any ideas on how to ensure our bed doesn’t move or make noise during sex?

My husband and I have a nice headboard and frame for our bed, but it moves and makes some noise every time we have sex…and we have a few kids that don’t need to hear. We are looking for ways to ensure our bed stops moving and making noise, which might include…getting a new bed. Who has good ideas or examples?
