i have a friend who lives in an apartment complex who has a neighbor who has a child and completely ignores him....now she and i have had a talk before being i am a parent myself, and i dont try to be a holier than thou parent but when i notice neglect i am going to do it because of my duty. but thats besides the point. she comes up to my friends place to smoke for hours at a time almost every other day, she cares nothing about her child who is just a toddler, she has turned tricks out of her house while the child is in the living room of her one bedroom apartment. tonight i happen to be here during one of these times and i dont know what to do right now. i am about ready to yell at her but i dont know what to say? any advice????
