I can't visit ANY .gov sites, and it's been like this all day. Anyone know what gives?

Just as I said... and I searched Reddit, and there have been a smattering of posts with the same. This is... weird. Whitehouse.gov, AmeriCorps.gov, literally NO .gov domains work. That doesn't make sense to me.
Anyone have an explanation?
