Hey Reddit, anyone suffer a concussion and have any tips?

I hit the back of my head really hard last night. I was told today I shouldn't have gone to sleep, but I ended up falling asleep pretty much right after I hit my head.
I woke up feeling dizzy and nauseous and the feeling hasn't gone away all day. I also have neck pain. Is this something I should be worried about or is it something that will pass?
