What is your best ghost/paranormal experience story?

I'm so sorry. It's so rough to lose a beloved pet... I'm sure she's still watching over you from heaven and misses you just as dearly.

Neither does your sense of humor. If you're not going to add anything interesting or useful to the conversation, don't chip in.

The Hatman? Who's the Hatman?

... go on?

Well, it's not exactly paranormal, but it has the potential to be paranormal.

So, last summer I got a job as a delivery driver for Domino's. It was a good job- it paid well, my coworkers were cool, and I enjoyed doing it. One night, I had to deliver to a house in the middle of town, with the customer asking me to leave it by the door and then text them when the order's arrived. I set off from the restaurant and eventually made it to the house. It had one of those patios that was walled off but had screen windows, and as I pulled up to the house, I saw a lady standing there. She looked to be in her late 60s to early 70s, and she was wearing some weird clothes- it kinda looked like clothes I would've bought from a Limited Too when I was in 4th grade. I'm talking a long sleeve teal shirt and a floral magenta spaghetti-strap top. And she was just staring at me with this... oddly knowing expression. Kind of a "you-like-krabby-patties-don't-you-squidward" expression. So, I slapped on my standard delivery driver smile and waved at her a bit.

She didn't move.

Alright, kinda weird, but whatever. I got out of my car and grabbed the pizza, turning back around. She was still there, she hadn't moved, she hadn't changed her expression. Still weird. I walked up to the door. She didn't move. I placed the pizza by the door. She didn't move. I knocked on the door. She didn't move. I texted the customer. She didn't move. I got a RESPONSE from the customer. She still didn't fucking move. At this point I was thoroughly weirded out and confused, and thankfully, the customer had already paid for her food, so I just... climbed in my car and headed out.

I still don't know what that lady's deal was. I don't know if she was a ghost, if she was a mannequin, if she was just some... weird old lady, but it's still one of the weirdest experiences I've had. And I'm sure that I wasn't just seeing things- this was in broad daylight. It's the first story I tell whenever someone asks me if I have any weird delivery stories. I have one more if anyone wants to hear it, but it's not paranormal in the slightest.
