Is there any sport middle-aged people are inherently better at?
Post Body

I'm 29, and I've come to accept that I'll never be a Major League Baseball player, NFL QB or NBA superstar. I'm just too old to start training now and compete with anyone younger. This got me to thinking. Are there any sports where 40 year olds can routinely beat much younger athletes? Where certain aspects of middle age actually provide a competitive advantage? I could only think of golf. Anything else?
