What is the worst smell you have ever smelled?

I was out to dinner with my parents in a "buffet" style restaurant (K&W), and as we were waiting in line, my mom commented on how bad the man in front of her smelled.
She had to keep turning her head, keep holding her nose and keep breathing through her shirt. I got a whiff of him and yes, he smelled awful.
