If I hypothetically wanted to buy a dinosaur skeleton, how would I do it?

Say I won the lottery, and wanted to put a Triceratops skeleton in my backyard or something. Mind you, I'm not asking for a replica, but the real, 65-million-year-old deal. I doubt there's much of a market, but I'm still surprised that Bill Gates hasn't bought a T-Rex or something for fun, because I totally would. You can't just go around asking museums, I assume.
