Hey all-- I just had a discussion with a friend about a paper I'm currently publishing in hybrid car modeling and simulation (for systems optimization). I basically break down the subsystems of the car and develop mathematical models for each.
As I was explaining some of this to my friend she suggested that it would make a very informative read if re-written for non-technical people, but without the over-simplifications commonly found in news articles.
Do you think writing this type of series would be worthwhile? Do people have an interest in learning about this kind of stuff? Would you read it?
