My office is right by an intersection in a college town. About once every other week some one goes bouncing over a hood. I have had enough of looking out the window to see people staring down at the cyclist/pedestrian. So last couple of accidents I have seen I ran out to check on the impactee. The last one was today and it got me thinking, if there is anything more than a minor bump I have nothing to really help.

It has been a little over a decade since I have had any first aid training, so I am planning on brushing up on that. But I was going to go and purchase a first aid kit that had gloves, gauze and flashlight. What all would you recommend to toss in the kit?
