Dear Reddit, what kind of spider is this? (not for the arachnophobic)

I found this guy in my apartment this morning. He's the second one in as many weeks - the first was a little bigger, but I didn't think to take a picture before I sent him on his way. Should I be afraid? For reference, I live in northeast Ohio. I didn't have anything in the pics for scale, but both spiders were pretty large - significantly larger than a quarter (including legs).

(Also, sorry for the poor picture quality - all I had handy was a camera phone. The hosting is mine).
