For those replying, she suffers from low self esteem and I think she may have bipolar (runs in her family). Been together for 4.5 years and this happens every once in a great while. Just looking for new ideas

This is exactly what I do, actually. She comes out of it, but it usually takes 2 or 3 days, and I just want her happy. Other than these moments, we're in a phenomenal relationship. I'm just trying to get input from people like you that have experience so I can make sure I'm doing it right
