How to make money from someone online who claims that a probability can only be zero or one?

How can I make money online off someone who believes a probability could be only zero or one? In person I could get a card pack and offer, say, a series of ten bets on whether the next card is a spade, but I don't know how we both could be reasonably confident the draw was random online. Ideas? (I suspect sadly that in the end, they won't put their money where their mouth is, so this question is just-in-case.)
