What words used commonly where you are from, have a very different meaning in another culture / language?

I was looking at the "doodle" thread on the front page, and giggling a bit as the word "doodle" is a common reference in Australia to a penis. Also the word "root" is used in the US to refer to barracking for something, where as in Australia it used in the same vein as fuck.
