What are the best questions for an interviewer to ask on a brief professional interview?

I am interviewing candidates briefly (10 minutes) for a professional position. My goal is to find out essenially if they are normal people who can function in a professional and stressful work environment. Any suggestions about what would be good questions to figure this out?
