That is absolutely my goal as well. I want to continue to grow, especially through this last years numerous hardships. I want to work on a way to use those setbacks as an opportunity to grow. Consistency with goals is key. Set short term ones so it’s not such a daunting challenge to do the long term ones. I believe in you 🫶

Congrats, I’m proud of you. I know how difficult of a path that is to take. For what it’s worth, I’m actually calling to set up a therapist for my wife tomorrow, so that she can start to heal from past traumas, and myself so I can do the same and to have some kind of mental health therapy for my job too (medic). I have a lot of stuff I want to work on. I’m honestly proud of you, please continue to take those steps.

Thank you. I don’t feel like I’m good at creative writing. My head pulls in too many directions. It seems like a skill that’s out of reach. I do dive into different passions, but sending my wife love notes and love letters is as far as I know how to do 😅 Not the first time that’s been mentioned though. I wish I could see through that lens so I could work on it and tailor it better to poetry or other creating writing methods

That’s okay. The fact you’re recognizing, and have made attempts means that you’ll get there. Every failure is a step towards success if you let it be. Learn and push. For what it’s worth, I’m quitting my addictions this year too. I’m scared, but ready to live my life without them. I believe in you <3
