What is your opinion about a family restaurant chain charging extra for a to-go order?

it is still a pickup to-go order.
You arrive, make your order, and wait for it and leave once you get it

seems petty and nickel and diming the customer to me. Just an extra way to squeeze a little bit of money out of the customer.

In person ordering by the customer at the restaurant and they have to wait for their order

ok, not great. Just average. Like Ihop, perkins, denny's etc. etc..
