What is your personal hack to fall asleep faster?

Progressive muscle relaxation helps release any tension in my body, allowing me to fall asleep more easily.

I lay on my stomach with my face pointing one way for a while. This is my “think about random stuff” position. When I want to go to sleep I face the other way. I won’t let my brain think about the random shower thoughts or “what would I do with my millions” mental conversations that I do when in the thinking position. If an interesting thought pops into my mind in the sleep position I will roll back over and think it through.
