Progressive muscle relaxation helps release any tension in my body, allowing me to fall asleep more easily.
I lay on my stomach with my face pointing one way for a while. This is my âthink about random stuffâ position. When I want to go to sleep I face the other way. I wonât let my brain think about the random shower thoughts or âwhat would I do with my millionsâ mental conversations that I do when in the thinking position. If an interesting thought pops into my mind in the sleep position I will roll back over and think it through.
Also 4:20, but your mileage may vary.
