What's something that you've finally come to terms with?

Material gains mean fuck all. Every funeral I've ever been to, that mfer was goin in the ground with a suit on in a wooden box. And that's it. Swingin' your dick around bc you make more money than people is really dumb. Enjoying the time we have with ourselves, spouse, kids, family and friends really is that matters

You can realistically eat all that and just keep your calories in check. While not ideal, obviously, you can actually lose weight while eating pure junk food. For shits, I tested it myself. I maintain a really lean physique by tracking my calories. So I kept the calories and protein the same and swapped the carbs to potatoe chips/cheezits, ice cream, pancakes and syrup, little Debbie's, etc. After a few months, my weight actually went down a little bc my muscles weren't staying as full from the garbage processed food and my energy levels sucked. Had also developed a lot of body acne, which I've never had and haven't had since.

Not even just college necessarily. For us, it was when everybody started having kids. Suddenly getting together just to all fuck off for the night and watch a college football game seems like more than its worth. Then everybody just wants to talk about kids, bills, aging parents, work, etc. It's just more depressing than fun.
