Reddit, we are gonna have a tug of war competition in our school 2 weeks from now. What good tactics do we need in order to win(again)?

We won 1st last year but now the competition seems tougher. Also, we might have won second last year if it wasn't for one team who luckily beat the big guys(cus they tripped)
Also,one of my teammates want to put the big guys in front. Is this good? because most ToW vids I see put the big/strong/heavy guys at the back.
