Over my last year on reddit I've seen a large number of sobriety 'landmark' posts. Reddit, what actual achievements have you made in your life through accomplishment rather than just not doing something?
Post Body
Seriously, I have a drink every day- or not. I stop drinking liquor for a few weeks, then stop drinking caffeine for a few weeks, stop eating meat for a while - none of these things are actual accomplishments in my life. 'Not drinking' is an achievement like 'not golfing' is a sport. If I got violent when I flew a kite, I wouldn't fly kites anymore.
Actual achievement I've made in life:
Learn to solve a Rubiks Cube. (2 minutes!)
