Is not wanting to do anything always a sign of an underlying issue?
Post Body

I remember that as a kid I had days like this. Where these the first signs of mental health problems? It could have been the case since I was not in a good situation in that time because of bullying. I have never thought having a day of no desires to be abnormal. However, the web seems to always link it to depression. I know that google does tend to make things seem way worse than they are so I'm asking here as I'd really apreciate some clarity for peace of mind.

Is it normal to have days like this if you are not depressed (or maybe other conditions) or does that just not happen.

To be clear I am not talking about simply being bored with what you do but an absolute disinterest in even trying to do something. For example, even turning on the computer was already too much.
