Hello, I will try to be brief. Is it possible to consult a psychiatrist to obtain a report which will attest to moral pressure, to discomfort that a person will exert on someone. Let me explain a little better, my sister being disabled and under guardianship following compensation from a guardian for several years now who does not suit her at all. (moral pressure, failure to take into account my sister's wishes and interests, exclusion from the family, delicate remarks towards us) and so on. The simplest thing would be for my sister to ask for a change in this guardian herself but that's where it gets complicated. My sister is someone who is very vulnerable and very easily influenced, doesn't know how to stand up to someone who intimidates her. and lets himself be stepped on in every possible way. The guardian makes him sign papers and my sister acquiesces without having what is written, for example, or isolates him in an office between 4 walls with tons of lawyers without being assisted by his family. My sister doesn't know how to say no but once home she tells me about her stress and the discomfort she feels, but these are things she can't say to her guardian or the judge guardianships. We were therefore advised several times to obtain a report from a psychiatrist who would attest to the discomfort and pressure that my sister was experiencing. The story is very long, I tried to be as brief as possible. I hope I have been clear enough, have a good evening and thank you in advance for your answers.
